Contextual information

The Digital Finance & Procurement (DF&P) team is a key corporate function at the crossroads of IT and operational business lines for Air France KLM's Finance Division.

The role of Business Enterprise Architect (BEA) within the DF&P Finance team focuses on the following areas: 

  • Functional process management

  • Data management

  • Leading and managing the Finance business line roadmap

  • Support for information system projects and upgrades

  • Optimizing the application/IT landscape

  • Applying compliance and safety rules

  • Business & technology watch. 

The BEA works transversally with all the Finance Business units, the DF&P Finance team and IT.

Job description

The BEA are looking for individual able to bring their creativity, their energy and their unique viewpoint to a team effort and contribute on the following items:


1. [Finance / Purchasing functional process management] : 

  • Management of a project to map, model, optimize and perpetuate the Air France-KLM Group's Finance & Purchasing processes

  • Creation of the Group's first environmental (ESG) reporting processes

  • Interact with the various business lines and teams from DF&P and the shared services centers.

  • Participate in project study workshops.


2. [Data management as part of the AFKLM Group's global strategy] : 

  • Guarantee the accessibility, consistency and integrity of data for the functional needs of the Finance/Purchasing business line.

  • Contribute to the development of the Group data glossary

  • Supporting data stewards in the Finance & Purchasing area


3. [Finance / Purchasing information system management]. 

  • With a view to upgrading our SAP system to S/4, you will take part in drawing up the first study workshops and carrying them out.

  • Update application mapping

  • Participate in the pre-study of other projects


4. [Communication] 

  • Prepare materials to present analyses, results, change management, training, etc.

You will be supported by the BEA, so that you can develop your skills smoothly throughout your work-study period, working in teams but also with a degree of autonomy in terms of your objectives. During your work-study period, you will have progressed and acquired knowledge and skills in our Finance sector and our BEA profession.
