Where do you land?

You will work in the Air France KLM Group Data & AI department which is responsible for defining the Group Data & AI strategic framework and transformation strategy. This department is comprised of 3 different teams and the location will be Air France Head Office with frequent travelling to KLM Head Office in Amsterdam.

What are you going to do?

You will be responsible for implementing a Data & AI communication plan within Air France KLM, support the team in implementing the change management plan. This will entail managing the Gen AI newsletter, internal Data & AI website and support different change management initiatives like the definition & implementation of trainings related to Data & AI literacy.

Soft skills:

What is expected: easy in dealing with others, you can switch effortless from one activity & assignment to another, you can quickly analyse the underlying problem, you are independent but also enjoy working with others in the team and you can clearly convey your message to others. Lastly, flexible enough to frequently travel between Amsterdam & Paris for business.

Hard skills:

Bachelors or University master’s degree in communication, marketing or social sciences.   

 Furthermore:

• You have some experience or affinity with artificial intelligence (AI), data & technology

• You know how to deal with content creation (text, video…) and storytelling.
