Rémunération
o A fixed gross annual salary between €43,000 and €45,500, depending on your profile.
o An individual variable bonus based on your performance, up to 2% of your fixed gross annual salary.

Job description
What will you do?
As a Strategic Pricing Manager, you are responsible for initiating, leading and delivering pricing projects with direct business impact.
You continuously move between strategy and operations, ensuring ideas do not remain on paper but are effectively implemented and deliver tangible results.
Furthermore, you:
define and implement pricing and ancillary policies and ensure consistent application and compliance;
lead strategic pricing projects from idea to implementation;
support the development of dynamic pricing and revenue optimization capabilities;
analyze data and translate insights into concrete improvements;
optimize pricing processes, methodologies, data models and tooling;
work closely with stakeholders and ensure adoption of changes;
take initiative and identify opportunities to improve performance.
Where will you land?
You will become part of the Network & Revenue Management department and will be stationed in the CDG offices and you will report to the Director Pricing Policy & Interline.

Sought profile
You are an analytical, proactive and results-driven professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges and creating impact through data-driven decision making. You feel comfortable operating in an international environment and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
You also:
have a university degree (preferably Master) in a business/finance or quantitative discipline (e.g. Econometrics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics);
have relevant work experience in pricing, analytics, consulting, revenue management, strategy or a commercial environment;
possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
have experience with or affinity for project management and stakeholder management;
speak and write fluent English;
have experience with Excel and PowerPoint (experience with tooling/data analysis is a plus);
