Your responsibilities:

• Ensure the effectiveness of supplier governance (committees, monitoring, etc.) and suggest improvements.
• Harmonise the management of the various suppliers.
• Make proposals and keep abreast of market trends.
• Monitoring the application and quality of the service provided by suppliers.
• Monitor compliance with contractual commitments (SLA).
• Identifying deviations, proposing solutions and monitoring action plans.
• Supervising the economic management of contracts and arbitrating disputes.
• Ensuring risk management and presenting a supplier health check.
• Organising and leading steering committees (tactical, executive, strategic).
• Maintaining an ongoing relationship with suppliers to make them genuine partners.
• Ensuring the regular publication of quality of service (QOS) indicators.
• Participating in audits and implementing the associated action plan.
• Steering progress plans, which may involve changes to the terms of the contract.

 Your profile:

• Degree: 5 years' higher education in IT or business.
• Passionate about the world of IT and its challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to bring people together.
• Organised, rigorous and results-oriented.
• Autonomous and adaptable.
• Mobile (regular travel in the Paris region and Amsterdam).

Skills required:

• Experience: More than 3 years in a similar role (supplier management, IT purchasing, etc.).
• Good IT culture and market knowledge.
• Priority and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  MS Office.

Languages:
English: Level C1 (Proficiency).
French: Level C1 (Confirmed).

You will regularly use English for professional purposes, and your level will enable you to carry out all the activities involved in the assignment (meetings, reading/writing documentation).
Cooperation on joint Air France KLM projects requires good intercultural sensitivity.
