Air France KLM group is an experienced and knowledgeable industry player committed to contributing to positive change. The Group is endlessly innovating so as to be a reference in sustainability. Its ground and flight operations have an impact on the environment, including climate change, noise, air pollution and waste, however the Group strives to continuously improve all aspects of its activities to reduce its environmental footprint. Air France – KLM has a strong commitment towards sustainability, including reaching Net Zero carbon emissions in 2050 by activating, among others, levers on operations, fleet renewal and Sustainable Aviation Fuel  

The mission will consist in :

•            working with the different entities of the Group on the analysis and preparation of the 2023 Air France KLM Extra Financial Statement and providing proposals to improve our Extra-Financial Statement for a future integrated report (Financial/Extra-Financial)

•            providing a methodological note on the non-financial reporting process (handbook) for internal contributors and external parties, such as auditors

•            participating in the project launched at Air France KLM Group level, to revise the processes for collecting, calculating and reporting non-financial data in cooperation with the Group and Airlines Finance Departments, as well as with the auditors.

2.           Collaborate in the realization of the Group's ESG assessments  questionnaires 

The Air France-KLM Group responds in different ESG assessment questionnaire such as Dow Jones Sustainability, CDP (Carbon Disclosure project) questionnaire and Ecovadis assessment and declares its carbon footprint in the ADEME database

The mission will consist in Analysing Air France KLM  ESG assessment results and Providing advices to improve scores and  organize roadshow across internal contributors to improve results

3.           Scope 3 assessement for Air France KLM Group

The measurement of the scope 3 perimeter is currently on progress within Air France KLM. The mission will be to assist in the implementation of methodologies, guidelines for Air France KLM  group, based on the pilots' results and the new direct CSRD Directive
