Where do you land ?
You will be part of the Eastern Mediterranean commercial establishment of Air France KLM.
The responsibility of the office is to manage activities in terms of Marketing, Pricing, Loyalty, Sales, Finance, Operations and HR.
Our staff are local contracts based in the following countries: Italy, Greece, Israel, Turkey and this role opening will have a main focus on Italy.

We are looking for a talented HR project manager and join local HR team for 12 months. 

Your role ?
In line with Group strategies and Italian labor law, the Human Resources Project manager provides a full and appropriate range of operational HR support to HR key projects together with strategic advice to the Regional Management.

Job description

Your key responsibilities :

The Human Resources Project Manager will participate in various projects in cooperation with Regional HR manager and regional team for employees for our 3 specific divisions: Passenger (incl. Stations), Cargo and Line Maintenance.

In line with the Company’s objectives, the Human Resources Project Manager will be specifically working on :

  • Fairly aligning when possible conditions between Air France and KLM companies, analyzing and participating into negotiations with stakeholders on local labor agreements (local CLAs) for contracted staff in Italy in line with Management objective and staff expectations.
  • Modernizing HR tools: Eliminate or minimize hand-made payroll, automate and modernize HR tools and system in order to have a modern and user-friendly interface for all staff and with optimum automated process for HR efficiency.
  • Communicating on the changes to all staff and if new tool implemented, inform and train managers and staff accordingly.
  • Give support to HR team on on-going projects : processes improvements, well-being at work, internal communication etc.

Sought profile

Who are we looking for ?

We are looking for the right profile with a Human approach for this posting with the following requirements :

  • Generalist HR knowledge
  • Previous significant experience with Union negotiation on labor agreements
  • Knowledge of local legislations and regulations in Italy
  • Knowledge or experience with HR tools on Italian market (attendances and payroll, expenses treatment, welfare...)
  • Good IT knowledge and use: Excel mandatory, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Languages: English and Italian mandatory. French is a plus.
