As part of the ESG Reporting practice within Group Corporate Control team, you will:
• Contribute to the preparation of the Air France‑KLM Group Annual Sustainability Statement, in compliance with ESRS and EU Taxonomy requirements
• Support updates and improvements to the Group ESG Reporting Manual
• Participate in strengthening internal controls related to ESG reporting processes
• Assist with the day‑to‑day management of the ESG reporting tool
• Analyze consolidated ESG data (sustainability reporting, ESG questionnaires, etc.) in connection with operational and financial performance indicators
• Monitor ESG reporting regulatory developments at French, European and international levels and contribute to their refinement and implementation
• Respond to ad‑hoc requests from stakeholders (governance, investors, external auditors, etc.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
• Currently enrolled in a master’s degree in finance / corporate sustainability or equivalent
• Strong interest in sustainability and ESG topics, and a first experience in a Finance function will be appreciated
• Rigorous, autonomous, and analytical, with good interpersonal skills and intellectual curiosity
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Proficient in Excel, with an interest in information systems
• Fluent English and French (spoken and written) is required
• A high level of confidentiality is expected&lt;br /&gt;

As a New Energy &amp; Business Development Analyst within the Group Sustainability Office, you will support Air France-KLM’s energy transition by providing market intelligence, business analysis, and strategic support to key internal stakeholders. You will contribute to the development of the Group’s decarbonization offering for both B2C and B2B customers, with a particular focus on Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), one of the main levers for reducing aviation’s lifecycle CO2 emissions.

Key responsilbilities:

Contribute to the development of new decarbonization and energy transition solutions and products
Support Commercial, Cargo and Sustainability teams in customer discussions, negotiations, and sales pitch preparation
Monitor energy technologies, market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics
Prepare market and business insights to support internal decision-making
Contribute to the improvement of internal tools and processes required to scale SAF-related activities as volumes increase&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Final-year student from an engineering school or a business school (Master’s level)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify key trends
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with internal stakeholders and present complex analyses in a clear and structured way using PowerPoint and other tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint)
Business- and results-oriented mindset
Autonomy, curiosity, and rigor
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills&lt;br /&gt;
