As an aircraft engineer : • You contribute to daily maintenance activities in production in accordance with defined procedures and best practices. • You actively participate in maintaining the airworthiness and flight safety of the AIR FRANCE fleet and that of more than 200 clients. • You carry out specialized maintenance operations for routine servicing, troubleshooting, and scheduled preventive maintenance (on ramp, in hangar, or in the cabin). We are looking for candidates holding an EASA (Part 66) B1.1 and/or B2 aeronautical license issued by a European authority (excluding the UK), with or without QT endorsed by Part 147. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, we invite you to join us. However, if you are experienced, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience. Position description :
Au sein d'une équipe d'une dizaine de Customer Support Experts (CSE) en charge du suivi opérationnel quotidien des commandes clients, vous interviendrez en appui polyvalent de l'équipe sur les missions suivantes : 1/ Suivi opérationnel des commandes : Aide à la mise à jour quotidienne des paramètres de commandes dans nos systèmes d'information (SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, portail client). Suivi des étapes du cycle de réparation et relances internes auprès des ateliers, des centres logistiques et des transitaires. 2/ Communication clients : Préparation et envoi des rapports hebdomadaires aux clients du portefeuille. Participation à la préparation des points opérationnels (calls et réunions hebdomadaires). Rédaction de communications opérationnelles en français et en anglais. 3/ Appui transverse à l'équipe CSE : Intervention sur différents portefeuilles selon les besoins de l'équipe, notamment lors des périodes de forte activité. Cette polyvalence vous donnera une vision large des clients et des typologies de produits gérés par le service. 4/ Administration et amélioration continue : Contribution à la qualité des données dans nos bases internes. Participation aux actions d'amélioration des processus de suivi.
